When you get back home from your hypnosis session, the first thing you should do is get some rest. It may be that you are a little tired or completely clear and alert. Let everything really work first and avoid strenuous activities and rushing around. Give the suggestions time to take effect. Your brain is now busy storing and internalizing the hypnotic experiences. Among other things, this happens during sleep, because this is where the brain stores newly learned information. Hypnosis does not announce itself from now on, but rather subtly. Sometimes small effects occur that you may not even notice yet. So when it starts to work in you is usually not so clear to interpret. But that is not the point, because hypnosis is a process. So don't start testing yourself immediately after the session and look for the first changes. If you are asked questions immediately after hypnosis or in the next three to four days after hypnosis, block out the conversations for now. Deal with other issues and give your subconscious mind enough time to process the new impressions and suggestions first. The real work will take place after the hypnosis. Instead, try to occupy yourself a lot with your thoughts, wishes, dreams and feelings - this is where you are most likely to notice the first changes. In order for the hypnosis to work properly, it is recommended that you abstain from alcoholic beverages and other stimulants for the next few days. Also make sure that you drink enough fluids, this supports the change processes in the brain and thus also the effect of hypnosis.
